In summer months we have a 3.6 metre pool in the lower terrace area and there is ample space in the garden for the installation of a large swimming pool.

Toutes les fenêtres et portes extérieures sont de PVC avec double vitrage. Isolation de haute spécification est incorporée partout dans la villa. Toutes les pièces sont spacieuses et bien éclairées. Dans le salon il y a un poêle à bois ainsi qu’un climatiseur réversible (chaud et froid). Les autres salles ont des convecteurs mécaniques montés sur les murs. Donc, pendant toute l’année les températures dans la maison restent très agréables. Dans le jardin il y a bien assez de place pour l’installation d’une grande piscine. En été nous avons une piscine de 3,6 mètres diamètre sur la terrasse inférieure.
El chalet ha sido construido por artesanos locales habiéndose utilizando los mejores materiales y de la mas alta calidad siendo su mantenimiento y el del apartamento es fácil y muy económico, es espacioso y tiene las ventanas y puertas de PVC con doble acristalamiento; para el aislamiento se ha incorporado especificaciones de muy alta gama. Todas las habitaciones son luminosas y con buena ventilación, para la calefacción el salón dispone de chimenea de leña y aire acondicionado y en las demás habitaciones hay radiadores eléctricos colocados en el pared. La casa es cálida en invierno y fresco en verano. Hay espacio de sobra en el jardín para la construcción de una piscina grande. Para verano el chalet dispone de una piscina de 3,6 metros situada una zona muy privada de terraza inferior.
